Parameters for calculating stress

Parameters here are for calculating stress tensor. The stress tensor is defined as the derivative of the total energy with respect to the strain tensor.

key word	:	calculation.stress.decomposed
possible values	:	1, true, 0, false
default value	:	false
description	:	If true, the total stress will be decomposed into
		several terms and the value of each term is given. If
		false, only the total stress is given.
an example	:	calculation.stress.decomposed = true
