LatticeMind is the AI agent for materials science from Nanoacademic. Describe the calculation you want in plain language, and LatticeMind plans the workflow, builds the crystal or device structure, generates and validates the solver inputs, runs the calculation locally or on your HPC cluster, and writes you a clear report — with the RESCU density functional theory solver at its core.

This manual walks you from installation to your first band structure, through every setting and interface, and on to advanced remote-execution and quantum transport workflows.

Note

LatticeMind’s support for RESCU is mature and tested across the documented workflows. Support for NanoDCAL (quantum transport, effective mass, and more) is experimental and in active development, and support for VASP is in preview (beta). This manual leads with RESCU and calls out solver-specific behaviour throughout.
